These Return and Exchange Terms apply to returns and exchanges for products purchased through the US e-commerce website operated by NEXTECHAURALE INC (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our Company") (website address: nextchaurale.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). These Terms are intended to clearly inform you of the return and exchange conditions, procedures, shipping costs, and related rights to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. 1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, you may request a return under the return conditions set forth in these Terms.

For products with quality defects (such as damaged fabric, unraveling seams, or significant size deviations), you may request a return regardless of the date of purchase.

1.2 Return Conditions

Product Condition: Returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and labels intact and the original packaging (including the box, packaging bag, accessories, etc.) included. For example, if you purchased a fashionable casual hat, its brim and fabric must be free of stains and deformation, with the original brand tag and care label intact, and the original packaging and fillings intact.

Return Proof: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number and invoice (electronic or paper), to prove that the product was purchased from this website.

1.3 Return Request Process

Online Application: Log in to your account on this website, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order you wish to return, click the "Request Return" button, and follow the prompts to enter the reason for return (e.g., "I don't like it," "I don't have the right size," "Quality Issue," etc.), the quantity returned, and a return description (if detailed).

Customer Service Review: Our customer service team will review your return request within 2-3 business days of receiving it. During the review process, if you require additional information or photos of the product problem (for returns due to quality issues), we will contact you via your registered email address or text message. If the review is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with the return address and return label (if applicable). Returning Products: Within 5-7 days of receiving the return confirmation email, you must properly package the product in its original packaging or appropriate packaging, affix the return label (if provided) to a conspicuous location on the outside of the package, and ship the product to the designated return address using our designated shipping partner (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you choose a non-designated shipping provider, your return may not be properly processed, and you bear all the risks incurred.

1.4 Return and Refund Processing

Refund Time: We will process your refund within 3-7 business days after receiving your returned product and inspecting and confirming that it meets the return requirements. The refund will be credited to the original payment account (e.g., credit card, PayPal account) used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by the bank and credited to that credit card account. The specific time it takes may vary depending on the bank, but generally takes 3-15 business days.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the actual purchase price (excluding additional shipping costs incurred for special shipping services, such as expedited delivery). If you received a discount, coupon, or other promotional offer during your purchase, the refund will be calculated based on the actual purchase price. For example, if the original price of an item is $100, and you used a $20 coupon and paid $80, your refund upon return will be $80.

2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange Eligibility

Within 14 days of receiving your item, if you discover a non-quality issue with the item, such as the wrong size or color, you may request an exchange.

For items with quality issues, you may also exchange them. We will replace them with a new, flawless item of the same model (if the same model is unavailable, we will negotiate a similar model).

2.2 Exchange Conditions

The exchanged item must meet the product condition and return receipt requirements outlined in the return policy: new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

The item you are requesting for exchange must be in stock. If the selected style, size, or color is out of stock, we will negotiate a solution, such as exchanging it for a different style or returning it for a refund.​
2.3 Exchange Request Process

Online Application: Similar to a return request, log in to your account, find the order you wish to exchange on the "My Orders" page, click the "Request Exchange" button, and enter the reason for the exchange (e.g., "Size Wrong," "Wrong Color," "Quality Issue"), the style, size, and color of the item you wish to exchange, and briefly describe the situation.

Customer Service Review: Our customer service team will review your exchange request within 5-7 business days to confirm product availability and exchange requirements. We will contact you if any questions arise during the review process. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of your exchange, including the return address and instructions.

Returning the Original Item: Within 3-7 days of receiving the exchange confirmation, please return the original item in the return packaging. Please also include a note inside the package stating your order number, name, contact number, and exchange request.

Returning a New Item: After we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the exchange requirements, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days. The new item will be shipped to the delivery address you specified in your exchange request.

2.4 Special Circumstances

Multiple Exchanges: For the same order, if you request an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., multiple incorrect size selections), we will provide a maximum of three exchanges. If you still require an exchange after exceeding these limits, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If the exchange is due to product quality issues or our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or color selection), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

3. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to product quality issues or our fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label (e.g., through a partner carrier like UPS or FedEx), and you will not be required to pay for return shipping.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or incorrect size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may choose to return your product through our designated logistics partner or choose another reliable carrier. However, you must ensure the product arrives safely at our return address. In some cases, if the shipping costs you choose exceed the standard shipping costs of our designated carrier, you may be responsible for the excess.

Exchange Shipping: Refer to the shipping cost details in the Exchange Policy above to determine the shipping cost provider based on the reason for the exchange.

Product Inspection: Please inspect the product upon receipt to ensure that it matches your order in terms of quantity, style, size, quality, and other aspects. If you fail to promptly report any issues after acceptance, and subsequently request a return or exchange for similar issues, your return or exchange rights may be affected.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The interpretation, enforcement, and dispute resolution of these Return and Exchange Terms shall be governed by applicable U.S. laws and regulations (such as the Uniform Commercial Code's provisions regarding sales contracts). If a dispute arises between you and us regarding a return or exchange, we will first resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate litigation in a U.S. court of competent jurisdiction.
